Carlos has been a member of the GFSA for over 30 years, and has held numerous positions within the society.  Carlos is an outstanding goldfish judge, and breeder of many varieties of fish.  Carlos' humility and knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the society, and a true friend, indeed.
